…a bit about me
As a rabbi I'm passionate about creating vibrant Jewish experiences that connect individuals to the richness of our traditions. My goal is to nurture confident, knowledgeable, and empathetic Jews, ensuring the vitality of the Jewish community for generations to come.
An alum of the 18Doors Rukin Rabbinic Fellow, I continue to serve as a resource for interfaith families across Los Angeles. I am proud to have co-created JLE, a college credit program for high school students through American Jewish University. Collaborating with other institutions to make Judaism more relevant and accessible is a core passion of mine. Additionally, I co-founded Westside Jews, a social and cultural group for young adults in their 20s, 30s, and beyond.
I’m a graduate of The University of Arizona, was ordained from The Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion here in Los Angeles, and received my MBA from American Jewish University. I grew up in Palos Verdes and with my wife Jen, our three children, and our two dogs Herzl and Golda made our way to the Pacific Palisades. Today, we are working to build back our beloved city after the Palisades Fire.
I love taste-testing tacos, taking early morning bike rides, and getting coffee around town. I'd love to meet you for a caffeine boost or your favorite tacos... or both!
